How do you think? The Cove

This documentary film got an Oscar yesterday. The film was shown in Tokyo film festival last year but most of Japanese people don't know this... I saw NHK news today and People in Taijicho voiced their disappointment over "The Cove" winning the Oscar for best documentary at the Academy Awards on Sunday night, saying the film about the town's dolphin hunting is inaccurate and intolerant of cultural differences.

haroshi 1st exhibiton information

Haroshi is an amazing Japanese young artist who I met in Berlin last year.
His artwork is made of destroyed skate boards, it looks like Paul Smith type of pattern though.

Legend died...

Alexander McQueen died today...
He hanged himself at his flat. Newspaper said he had been depressed since his mum passed away a week ago.
We lost such a talented fashion designer... he was just only 40 years old.
His office is near my work. They must be so panic.
